Robert Wayne Pearce has been a trial attorney for more than 45 years. During that time, he developed a well-respected and highly accomplished legal career representing investors and brokers nationwide in disputes with one another and the government and industry regulators.

Securities and investment fraud attorney Pearce has tried, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of investment-related disputes. These disputes generally involved complex securities, commodities, administrative, contract, commercial, business tort and employment law issues. .

He has represented a multitude of clients on both sides of the table in Federal and state courts (trial and appellate) throughout the United States and internationally. He has a vast amount of experience in administrative, arbitration, and mediation proceedings and disciplinary actions before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodities Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), National Futures Association (“NFA”), and Florida Office of Financial Regulation (FLA-OFR).

Mr. Pearce is a Florida Circuit Court Civil Mediator and a highly respected mediator in the FINRA Mediation Program. He also serves as a private judge or arbitrator in mini-trials and arbitration proceedings, respectively. Mr. Pearce has also served as a Federal Court-appointed Receiver, in which an attorney is called upon by Federal and state regulators (SEC, CFTC and FLA-OFR) to take over companies engulfed in legal problems.

Attorney Pearce has earned the rating of AV Preeminent, the highest rating possible through the Martindale-Hubbell peer rating program. He has also been named a Super Lawyer through Thomson Reuters for Securities Litigation, meaning that he is in the top 5% for his area of law. Most recently, Attorney Pearce was a Daily Business Review finalist for its “2013 Most Effective Lawyer” honor in the category of Mediation and Arbitration for the $2.75 million award won on behalf of his client.
