James Prosperi (CRD #2337125) who was formerly registered with Pruco Securities, LLC and located in Pittsford, New York, is a subject of one of our many securities industry sales practice abuse investigations.  Prior to Pruco Securities, LLC,James Prosperi was associated withAllstate Financial Services, LLC and other investment advisory and brokerage firms with a history of customer complaints and securities industry regulatory problems.

James Prosperi has been the subject of 2 customer complaints that we know about to recover investment losses. Both customer complaints be denied by James prosperity’s employer, and it appears, to date, that the customers did not take any further action. Notwithstanding, James Prosperi was terminated by Pruco. Securities in December 2024 and knowingly submitting forms related to annuity applications that included non-genuine signatures and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith before that in 2014.
