Claimant alleged that Respondents acted with the person designated as a beneficiary by the decedent and failed to prevent the relevant transactions. Respondents denied Claimant’s allegations and asserted they followed the decedent’s direct instructions in connection with each transaction in question in Claimant’s Statement of Claim. Vivian Wilcox’s customer complaint was settled in favor of the investors.
