Thomas Schaible (CRD #2079444) who is currently registered with Securities America, Securities America Advisors and located in Whitehouse, New Jersey is a subject of one of our many securities industry sales practice abuse investigations. Thomas Schaible has been the subject of at least one customer complaint that we know about. The allegations made in the FINRA reported customer complaint for investment losses were the claimant is the former sister-in-law of Mr. Schaible. She alleged that he improperly followed instructions from her husband (Mr. Schaible’s brother) to transfer funds from the joint brokerage account (joint with her husband) to a joint bank account. The claimant and her husband had previously executed a standing letter of instruction for EFT’s to this joint bank account. The claimant alleged that such transfer was done in an effort to assist the movement of assets in advance of a divorce proceeding. The customer complaint filed against Thomas Schaible’s current employer Securities Service Network for investment losses caused by the alleged misconduct is pending as of the date of this report.
