  • Customer alleged John Suckey recommended that she implement a reverse mortgage, purchase a life insurance policy, a variable annuity and a long term care policy which she believed would provide needed income. She alleged that she took money from her variable annuity to help pay premiums for the life insurance and long term care which affected the living benefit rider option of the variable annuity and was charged surrender fees for withdrawals.
