Jefferey Dyra is no longer registered in the securities industry.  In October 2019, FINRA initiated an investigation into whether he had misappropriated funds from the customer of an affiliate of his member firm or otherwise engaged in misconduct that had violated the federal securities laws and regulations, and FINRA Rules. 

Rather than cooperate with the investigation, the financial advisor consented to the sanction of a permanent bar from the securities industry.
