Allegations Against John Limpert

A sample of the allegations made in the FINRA reported arbitration claim settlements and/or pending complaints for investment losses are as follows:

  • The client stated she was facing financial hardship and filed for bankruptcy. The client stated the product should not have been sold to her or included in any retirement account by John Limpert.
  • The client thought she had lost her money on a promissory note she had purchased through John Limpert because the promissory note company went bankrupt. She was an accredited investor and her money was held in a safe custodial account with bank – one, until the class action suit against the promissory note company and Bank – One was settled.
