Who is Serge Parakhnevich of PHX Financial?

Serge Parakhnevich (CRD #5493064) who is currently registered with PHX Financial and located in New York, New York is a subject of one of our many securities industry sales practice abuse investigations. Prior to PHX Financial, Serge Parakhnevich was associated with Aegis Capital and other investment advisory and brokerage firms with a history of customer complaints and securities industry regulatory problems.

Serge Parakhnevich has had his own share regulatory problems.  In 2019, it was the subject of a FINRA investigation while he is working at PHX Financial.  According to FINRA, Serge Parakhnevich was executing trades in the customer’s account without the customer’s prior written authorization or his member firm’s approval of the account as discretionary.  He consented to a 45 day suspension and $7,500 fine without admitting or denying the allegations.
