DID STEVEN CLAY EATON CAUSE YOU INVESTMENT LOSSES?

Steven Eaton Of MWA Financial Services Has A Customer Complaint For Alleged Broker Misconduct

Who is Steven Eaton of MWA Financial Services?

Steven Eaton (CRD #6011096) who is currently registered with MWA Financial Services and located in Corinth, Mississippi is a subject of one of our many securities industry sales practice abuse investigations.

Steven Eaton Customer Complaint

Steven Eaton has been the subject of at least one customer complaint that we know about. The allegations made in the FINRA reported customer complaint for investment losses were customers applied for life insurance through the firm’s parent company, Modern Woodmen of America (MWA) and were pressured and mislead to transfer money to MWA on the same day into what customers alleged they were told by Steven Eaton was an FDIC-insured interest-bearing account, not a fixed annuity. Customers alleged they repeatedly informed Mr. Eaton customers did not want a fixed annuity. Customers further alleged Mr. Eaton invested the money into a fixed annuity with MWA without customer’s approval, and that the application was forged, and Mr. Eaton never presented the application to the customers. Customers alleged they have been victims of fraudulent financial practices and were pressured, misled, intimidated and taken unfair advantage of by Mr. Eaton due to their age. Steven Eaton’s customer complaint was denied and, to date, the customer has not taken any further action.

Of course, Steven Eaton did not admit to any of the allegations.
