  • Client claimed Jerry Temple misrepresented the product sold to the client stating that it “cannot lose principal.” The client further alleged that she was not aware she was purchasing a variable annuity.
  • Complaint was sent by Brighthouse (Metlife) to Woodmen Financial Services, Inc. Brighthouse had received the complaint from the North Carolina Department of Insurance. Mr. Holland alleged he was told by registered representative Jerry Temple he would get 4% on his investment and in five years could receive the premium back. He stated he was not adequately informed of the features of the Metlife Variable Annuity.
