Who is Cynthia Komarek formerly with Sagepoint Financial, Inc.?

Cynthia Komarek (CRD #1188714) who was formerly registered with Sagepoint Financial, Inc. and located in Barrington, Illinois is a subject of one of our many securities industry sales practice abuse investigations. Prior to Sagepoint Financial, Inc., Cynthia Komarek was associated with Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC and 4 other investment advisory and brokerage firms with a history of customer complaints and securities industry regulatory problems. She was recently terminated by Sagepoint Financial, Inc. for allegedly admitting to making referrals to an outside asset manager without approval of a broker-dealer employer.
