Arthur Lewis Of A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners And Formerly With Aegis Capital Has 6 Customer Complaints For Alleged Broker Misconduct

Who is Arthur Lewis of A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners?

Arthur Lewis (CRD #1438899) who is currently registered with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners and located in Boca Raton, Florida is a subject of one of our many securities industry sales practice abuse investigations. Prior to A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners, Arthur Lewis was associated with Aegis Capital and other investment advisory and brokerage firms with a history of customer complaints and securities industry regulatory problems.  Arthur Lewis was also the subject of a SEC investigation and complaint for failing to supervise a registered representative who sold securities without registration in violation of section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933.  He was fined $50,000.
