- The customer alleged that Andrew Miles and his companies recommended and sold him clean coal tax credits that were fraudulent because the tax credits had already been processed by the IRS.
- Reasonable basis unsuitability, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, misrepresentations, and omissions, in violation of Florida Securities and Investor Protection Act related to conservation easement investments.
- Failure to conduct reasonable due diligence on conservation easement investments that were misrepresented and unsuitable recommendations.
